The NRAEF will distribute the funds to State Restaurant Associations (SRAs) across the country to support local ProStart® programs, which provide scholarships to students seeking professions in the food service industry. During the last 18 years, Ecolab has donated more than $4.3 million to the NRAEF and its ProStart program and has been a title sponsor of the National ProStart Invitational’s Management Competition.
