Shipping and Return Policy

Chemicals – Purchase, Return and Warranty

No returns of chemicals will be accepted. You must follow manufacturer’s warranty program and policies

New Parts – Purchase, Return and Warranty
Lifetime Equipment will try and ship every order received within 48 hours, but due to product inventory level fluctuations and backorders there may be a delay in shipping. In most cases, these items are on order and in-transit from the manufacturer and we are tracking these packages and waiting for the items to arrive. We make every effort keep items in stock.  You can check the status of your order at any time by contacting us at sales@lifetimeequipment.com. Lifetime Equipment will not be liable for ANY cost of installation, service calls, alleged harm – both personally or materially, damages resulting from the installation of our parts, installation of the wrong or defective parts, or correct parts installed in a manner other than consistent with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.  Lifetime Equipment is a dealer for the parts we sell. Our parts are backed by manufacturer warranties unless noted differently. For part warranty issues please contact our service department at 803-261-7495. A part must be returned within 30 days of ship/invoice date. Please allow 7 business days from receipt of the return to process a refund. All part warranty decisions are made by the product manufacturer and are final.  Electrical parts are sold without warranty unless noted otherwise. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and the cost of the return to our location. All parts to be returned must be sealed/unopened and in original packaging and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, with no exceptions.

New Equipment – Purchase, Return and Warranty
New equipment must follow manufacturer’s warranty program and policies. All sales are final. For new equipment warranties please see the manufacturer’s website or contact us at 803-261-7495 for warranty terms on a new unit.

Refurbished Equipment – Warranty
All Lifetime Equipment refurbished units, unless noted otherwise, are covered by our 90-day parts warranty and 30-day labor warranty.

90-day parts warranty – If within 90 days of customer receipt there is a defective part, Lifetime Equipment will replace the part at no charge. The buyer is responsible for returning the defective part within 7 business days of receiving the new replacement part. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and return costs.

30-day labor warranty – The 30-day labor warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser that is located within the lower 48 states of the USA.

72-hour guarantee – If a unit arrives and does not working properly and Lifetime Equipment is contacted within the first 72 hours of delivery. Lifetime Equipment will at our discretion 1: Send a local repair tech to your location OR 2: return the unit to our facility for repair. This only applies to customers within the lower 48 states of the USA.

Refurbished Equipment – EWG Aftermarket Warranty Purchase
If you purchased the EWG warranty with your equipment, evidenced by a printed warranty certificate from Electric Warranty Group, then please follow their aftermarket warranty program and policies for all claims. All sales are final. If you elected to not purchase the warranty then this EWG warranty doesn’t apply to you.

Warrants to the original individual purchaser that any refurbished equipment purchased from Lifetime Equipment shall be covered for normal use and for the period stated on the declaration page. If the part is not listed then it is not covered. It is not Lifetime Equipment responsibility to get your equipment to the service location.  Please contact EWG for warranty issues

Lifetime Equipment – Terms & Condition – Refurbished Equipment

Equipment is refurbished specifically for every customer order.

Equipment run times, meter readings, engine hours and usage reports are approximate as of the time the equipment was placed for sale and not guaranteed.

We refurbish equipment as close to industry standards as possible.

All equipment is inspected and tested prior to shipment and delivery.

The equipment is considered sold once an order is placed and the equipment is paid for and or a deposit is received.

Deposits to hold equipment are non-refundable due to inventory levels, cost of equipment, time and cost to refurbish the equipment.

Equipment cancelled before delivery are charged a 25% restock fee.

Build times and ship dates provided are estimates and not guarantees. These are based on industry standards, backlogs, parts backorders and prior builds of similar equipment.

Once equipment is shipped the sale is final. If Lifetime Equipment chooses to waive our policy in any manner there will still be a 25% restock fee.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.

Lifetime Equipment is not responsible for lost profits, down time or any other issues while your equipment is being built or is being serviced. We will work diligently to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

We can assist you with making the correct equipment choice, but do warrant fitness for a particular purpose or if applicable, that your electrical system/outlets are sufficient to charge and operate equipment.

 

Limitation of Liability: Lifetime Equipment, LLC will not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages [including lost profits or down time] arising out of or relating to this agreement or transaction [for tort, negligence, breach of contract, negligence, or any other form of action] and irrespective of whether it has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. Lifetime Equipment, LLC will in no event have liability in excess of the price the Buyer paid for the specific product or equipment giving rise to the cause of action or claim.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: LIFETIME EQUIPMENT, LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILILTY AND / OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Governing Laws: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of interest principles. Any action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in State Court in Lexington County, South Carolina. All parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the court and waive any objections to venue if legal action is brought in said courts. All parties hereby expressly waive the right to trial by jury with respect to any action arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
