The name Lifetime Equipment is a Registered Trademark (2017) with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

• Final pricing may vary based on shipping destination and applicable taxes

Materials and Submissions

User Submissions

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Terms

• Shipping costs are calculated based on equipment size, weight, and destination
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
• Customer is responsible for receiving shipments during business hours
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery

Equipment Inspection

• Inspection of equipment upon delivery is recommended
• Damage claims must be reported immediately to carrier and Lifetime Equipment
• We will assist with carrier damage claims but cannot guarantee resolution

Access Restriction and Termination

Termination Rights

Lifetime Equipment reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Lifetime Equipment Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Modification of Terms

Updates and Changes
